Omar Alhmoud

In 2015, I began my dental training at Loma Linda University School of dentistry in California, where I was part of its international dental program. During my two years there, I was honored to receive the school’s fixed prosthodontics award. The University only gives one of these awards to a student every year and it cemented my dedication to crown and bridge work.

After graduating from Loma Linda in 2017, I accepted a position in Fort Wayne Indiana. I learned alot in my three years there and I was able to help many patients.

In 2021, I joined a private practice in Cleveland that focuses on dental anxiety and sedation dentistry. We were able to help many anxious and fearful patients that needed dental care.

I wanted to move close to home, so I joined a dental practice in Cincinnati that focuses on implants, full mouth surgeries and dentures. I got implant trained and became proficient in oral surgery procedures and full mouth rehabilitation.

I just joined Dr.Van treese’s practice here in Sidney. I am excited about providing a clean and safe environment for the community in Sidney. I am excited to add more dental skills to the practice to help more patients.

After 7 years in practice, I became proficient with many general dentistry and speciality procedures such as Oral surgeries and wisdom teeth extractions. Root canal treatments , crown and bridge work. Implant surgeries and restorations. Pediatric dentistry treating all ages and Clear aligners( Invisalign). I am BLS and ACLS trained. I am working on getting my Fellowship of the American Academy of General Dentistry.

I have family here and in Jordan. My sister and her 3 children live in Jordan. And my parents split their time between the US and Jordan. When I am not practicing, I love watching and playing soccer. I also enjoy basketball.

It truly is an honor to join the practice and I can not wait to continue helping our patients
