Tip #2: Lose Weight
More than one in three Americans are considered to be obese. If you are one of these people, you should try to start getting your weight under control. What is important is finding an activity you love doing (walking, running, biking, rowing, playing basketball, weight lifting, etc.) and stick to it. Additionally, you should start watching your calorie intake more carefully. You don’t need to do some glamorous diet to lose weight. The formula is simply: burn more calories than you take in and give it time!
Tip #3: Sleep More
Do you often find yourself lacking energy, or in a bad mood? A key factor in reversing this is to get a full eight hours of sleep every night. By doing this, you should see a boost in energy, an improvement in your mood and many other health benefits. In addition to getting more sleep, start exercising. Exercising causes a release of endorphins, serotonin, and dopamine. Combining sleep and exercise should result in a drastic increase in energy and a boost in your mood.
